Orvino Home
Frank and Pam Orvino contacted DBS to finish their basement, taking full advantage of what DBS has to offer by relying heavily on our design services to help them achieve their goal for a custom space.

The process began with multiple design meetings, where Natalie began to get a sense of what styles they were drawn to.
After landing on a style best described as “Warm Industrial”, the fun began! While one of our contractors met with them to discuss some minor floor plan alterations to make it more open and flowing, Natalie prepared lighting, fixture and material packages for them to approve.
Once the basics were chosen, it was time to add some special enhancements to the space, landing on creating two different accent walls – the perfect choice!
The brick wall gives their space depth, warmth and texture, while the pallet wood wall gives visual interest and the surprise of a hidden door. Optimized accent lighting highlights the features and superior material choices, such as dark walnut for the bar tops and Dekton kitchen counter tops, make the space unique and highly functional.
